Well actually….he did save his marriage…..they are not divorced till date…just that they don’t live under one roof. They celebrate all their festivals together. Besides a decision is always not taken solely…there are two people involved….

this is one of my favorite gazals by jagjit singh … i simply love this sher.

to add to this , this grows into jagjit singh’s punjabi gazal “chuleh aag na ghade de vich paani, chadiyan di dhul burri”

The shers are so apt for bachelors and I keep listening to it

And i’ll be grateful if you can share the movie “thoda rumaani ho jayein”

“Murshid” means a guide or a spiritual teacher, and “Mureed” (roughly) is the follower. Thus, the blog is a dedication to our Murshids.
